Content Rules

1) Core Requirements

To use Kylee.io, you must follow these baseline rules:

• Adults only: You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live), and it must be legal for you to access adult content in your location.
• Legal content only: Content must comply with applicable laws.
• Consent and safety matter: Anything involving exploitation, coercion, or non-consent is not allowed.
• Respect privacy: Don't post personal info or expose others.

2) What Kylee Is For

Kylee is for:

• Original illustrated/digital adult artwork (2D/3D renders, illustrations, stylized CG art).
• Artists sharing their work and building an audience.
• Fans engaging respectfully (likes, comments, follows, reposts where supported).

3) Original Work + Rights (No Content Theft)

Upload only content you created or have clear permission/license to post.

Not allowed:

• Re-uploading someone else's work without permission.
• Posting "found content," leaks, pirated packs, or paywalled content you don't own.
• Watermark removal or credit manipulation.

If you want to share another creator's work, link to their official page, or use built-in repost/share features (if available).

4) AI-Assisted vs. AI-Generated Content

• Do not upload mostly/fully AI-generated content to areas intended for human-made work.
• Do not misrepresent authorship — claiming AI work is human-made may result in removal or account action.
• If we believe content is primarily AI-generated, we may request clarification.

We may require labeling and/or create a separate AI section in the future. See our Statement on AI for full details.

5) Live-Action, Photography/Film, and "Real Person" Depictions

Kylee is not a platform for hosting live-action adult photos or videos.

• Live-action adult content uploads are not allowed.
• You may link to external sites (where allowed), but Kylee is not responsible for third-party content.

Depictions of identifiable real people are not allowed, including:

• Celebrities, influencers, or private individuals,
• "Lookalike" depictions designed to be identifiable,
• Real names, personal info, or other identifying details tied to a real person.

6) Tagging, Categories, and Accuracy

Tags and categories are part of safety and consent. You must:

• Tag and categorize content accurately.
• Avoid misleading tags, keyword stuffing, or "category gaming" for reach.
• Use warnings/labels where the platform provides them (e.g., content sensitivity filters).

Repeated misuse may lead to reduced visibility, content removal, or account restrictions.

7) Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

7.1 Minors / Youthful Depictions

• Any depiction involving minors — or characters who are under 18 OR appear under 18, even if labeled "18+."
• Any sexualized "youthful" content, schoolchild framing, or ambiguous age baiting.

7.2 Non-Consent, Exploitation, or Coercion

• Non-consensual sexual content, coercion, blackmail, forced acts.
• Sexual violence or content whose premise is lack of consent.
• Trafficking, exploitation, solicitation, or "pimping" themes framed as real-world activity.

7.3 Extreme Violence / Gore

• Snuff, dismemberment, extreme gore, or shock content.
• Sexual content combined with extreme violence (or content glorifying harm).

7.4 Incest and Bestiality

• Incest (including parent-child, siblings, grandparents, or equivalent family relationships).
• Bestiality or sexual content involving animals.

7.5 Privacy Violations / Doxxing

• Posting personal data without consent (real names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, workplace info, government IDs).
• Threats to expose private information.
• Sharing private messages/images without consent.

7.6 Hate, Harassment, and Threats

• Hate speech or content that attacks protected groups.
• Targeted harassment, threats, stalking, or encouragement of self-harm or violence.

7.7 Illegal or Malicious Activity

• Malware, phishing, credential theft, or harmful links/files.
• Instructions or encouragement for illegal wrongdoing.
• Attempts to bypass access controls, scrape user data, or disrupt service.

7.8 Intellectual Property and Likeness Rights Violations

• Copyright infringement, trademark misuse, or posting content you don't have rights to.
• Violating publicity/likeness rights, including identifying real people.

8) User Conduct Rules

Kylee is adult, not feral. Keep it civil.

Not allowed:

• Harassment, bullying, hate, threats, dogpiling, or repeated unwanted contact.
• Spam: repetitive posts/comments, engagement farming, unsolicited mass messaging.
• Impersonation: pretending to be another person/artist/brand.
• Manipulation: multiple accounts used to artificially inflate engagement, evade bans, or game rankings.

Commercial activity is allowed in moderation:

• You may link to commissions, storefronts, and portfolios.
• Accounts posting mostly ads with minimal art may be restricted or downranked.

9) Moderation, Review, and Enforcement

9.1 Pre-publication review (where applicable)

We may review content before it becomes publicly visible to confirm compliance with law, these Rules, and our Terms. Automated systems may assist, with human review where appropriate.

9.2 Actions we may take

Depending on severity and history, we may:

• Remove or reject content,
• Require edits/tags,
• Reduce distribution or visibility,
• Issue warnings,
• Temporarily restrict features,
• Suspend or terminate accounts,
• Require age/identity verification (KYC) for creators or monetization.

9.3 Reporting

If you see content or behavior that violates these Rules, report it via in-product tools (if available) or email support@kylee.io.

9.4 Appeals

Where feasible, you may appeal certain enforcement decisions by contacting support@kylee.io within 14 days. We may re-review with a different moderator.

10) Updates

We may update these Rules as Kylee evolves, laws change, or new abuse patterns appear. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do.
